Fair and Timely Payments

We are committed to ensuring that you feel comfortable and can provide the best service possible. In return, we promise to pay your fees responsibly, fairly, and on time.

Referral Program:

Refer a family to us and receive a commission. If a contract is signed, you’ll receive €100 for full-time contracts and €50 for part-time contracts

Continuous Learning:

You’ll have access to free courses and materials that will enhance your skills and knowledge, helping you grow as a professional.

How the Process Works

Fill out the form: This form allows us to learn about your experience and skills. We will conduct an interview and add you to an exclusive group for job offers.

Apply for offers that fit your schedule: In addition to checking that the schedule fits according to your CV, we apply to the offer if we see that it matches the client’s requirements.

Interview with the family: We schedule the interview, and from here, it’s up to you to make a great impression! Only you and the family will be present in the interview so you can be yourself, and the family can get to know you without any bias or suggestions for responses. We will also send you a summary of the baby beforehand so you can come prepared

Contract and details: If the family decides to hire you, we take care of the contract and all the details, getting everything ready to start.

How often will I be paid? Payment frequency depends on the client's preference. It can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

What happens if I no longer want to work with the family? You must inform us 10 days in advance so we can begin the transition process and find someone new to ensure a smooth adaptation.

Do I need to sign a contract? Yes, we sign a contract outlining your responsibilities, working hours, and payment terms, as well as our terms and conditions.

What if the family wants to change my working hours? Any changes to the working hours or conditions must be communicated to the agency in advance. This allows us to manage the changes effectively and ensure all agreements are respected.

What happens if the family doesn’t follow the agreed payment terms? If there is any issue with the payment, please notify us immediately. We will handle the situation and ensure that all terms of the contract are respected.
