Nurphy Nannies Agency reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any updates.
Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for our services, as outlined in the contract or during the booking process. Payment schedules, including weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly billing options, will be arranged based on the services requested. Late payments may result in additional charges, and failure to pay can result in the suspension or termination of services.
Cancellation policies depend on the service package chosen. We strive to accommodate changes when possible; however, cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis, and Nurphy Nannies Agency reserves the right to deny refunds based on the circumstances.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process and ensuring a safe and respectful environment for the nanny. Any changes in service requirements, such as extending hours or altering schedules, must be promptly communicated to the agency. Nurphy Nannies Agency is not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents that occur in the home or during the course of nanny services.
If at any time service modifications are required, such as changes in hours, activities, or any other details, the client must inform the agency immediately to make the necessary adjustments. Any modifications not communicated in advance may affect the availability and quality of service.
Nanny Placement, Confidentiality, and Penalties

All agreements made with Nurphy Nannies Agency, including fees and contracts, must remain confidential. Direct hiring or negotiating rates with nannies outside of the agency is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this condition may result in penalties for both the client and the nanny, in line with the European Employment and Industrial Relations standards. Violations can result in fines of up to €2,329.37, according to applicable EU regulations. Nurphy Nannies Agency retains the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies if this clause is violated.
Nurphy Nannies Agency follows international standards for safety and quality in childcare. All nannies undergo background checks, training, and certification as required by local laws. We also expect clients to comply with local labor and employment laws when using our services. Any breach of these laws may result in the termination of services and legal consequences.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the location where the services are provided. In the event of any disputes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
